Developers are rushing to outperform each other in the race to build bigger and better shopping complexes in the mainland’s booming marketWelcome aboard a new mainland shopping experience.自存倉Global Harbor Mall, a 480,000 square metre megamall complex resembling a giant aircraft, is the future of shopping malls on the mainland – giant, upscale and themed.This largest mixed-use development in Shanghai has a European theme featuring a hotel, office buildings, an ice rink, spa clubs and children’s playground.Mainland shoppers will soon be spoilt for choice as developers, including from Hong Kong, rush to set up malls like Global Harbor. And the rush is happening not just in cities such as Shanghai but in second- and third-tier cities as well, with “themed” shopping experience being the new focus.The mainland is by far the most active development market in shopping, accounting for half of the 32 million square metres of shopping centres under construction around the world, according to CBRE Group.Second- and third-tier cities are leading the charge. Tianjin and Shenyang are adding two million square metres of shopping floor space, more than 100 shopping centres totalling 100,000 square metres are coming up in Chengdu while 574,000 square metres of new space has recently opened in Wuhan.The number of shopping malls will rise to 4,000 by 2015 from 3,000 last year, according to the China Chain Store and Franchise Association.Operators are constantly balancing between continuously enhancing consumers’ shopping experience and competing with major local players. 今年7月發生嚴重事故的韓亞航空航班上，新蒲崗迷你倉大部分中國旅客是從上海出發經首爾轉機前往美國舊金山的。這一現象折射出中國出入境旅客資源的外流，以及我國航空中轉業務有待提升。中轉業務是所有樞紐機場和打造國際航線網絡的大型航空公司的重要業務。國際中轉業務通過票價優惠等方式，將中轉旅客吸引到本國來，提升機場的客流活力，完善了航空公司的收益體系，中轉業務還為機場創造了更多崗位，給城市的旅遊發展和經濟合作都帶來更多機會。目前國際公認的樞紐機場中轉旅客比例在30%以上。國際中轉樞紐一旦形成，就會產生“虹吸效應”，並因國際中轉比例日益提高而成為航空市場mini storage核心。業內人士認為，目前，中國的北京、上海、廣州三大機場都達不到國際公認的樞紐機場標準。國際航線運營能力有限、口岸簽証政策的限制和中轉服務條件不足是主要原因。要推進我國中轉業務的提升，航空公司需要著力拓展國際航線網絡，提高航班正點率以及旅客和行李的轉運銜接效率，優化航站樓內的中轉流程。行業管理部門也要在這方面給予政策支持，應適度放鬆口岸簽証政策，給予過境旅客72小時乃至7天的免簽入境時限，海關服務和聯檢能力也需要有相應的提升。從本報記者在世界知名機場的調查情況來看，其在機場軟件、硬件建設以及中轉政策等方面的嘗試，都值得我們借鑒。▲self storage

《長沙大河西先導區生態文明建設規劃大綱》通過專家論證 力爭10年建成生態文明建設示範區戲水騎行，自存倉享受山水之美，梅溪湖經過近年來的建設已經彰顯城市特色和山水自然靈氣，成為長沙市民休閒的最佳場所之一。李鋒 鄒麟 攝影報道本報訊（記者 岳冠文 實習生 熊鵬）2011年11月，先導區確定為全國第一個跨行政區域的生態文明建設試點區。25日，《長沙大河西先導區生態文明建設規劃大綱》順利通過專家論證，這也意味著全國首張跨行政區域生態文明建設藍圖框架已經繪就：到2020年成為獨具湖湘文化特色的全國首批跨行政區的國家級生態文明示範區。三區一縣功能定位各具特色《規劃大綱》明確了總體目標是力爭用10年左右的時間，將先導區打造成高新產業的集聚區、城鄉統籌的樣板區、生態宜居的新城區、支撐發展的增長極，以及跨行政區的生態文明建設示範區、“兩型社會”綜合配套改革的引領區。為了打破行政區界線，依據經濟與環境相協調的原則，《大綱》明確了先導區三區一縣的功能定位。岳麓區為先導區的行政文化、生態居住與金融商務中心，同時具有科技信息服務功能、體育休閒服務功能和旅遊休閒服務功能；高新區是先導區的高科技產業集中區，其功能定位為發展高新技術產業園區，為先導區居民提供就業和致富機會；望城區主要定位於發展高效農業、觀光農業、先進製造業和物流業；寧鄉縣是先導區的重要農業區，也是先導區重要的製造業發展區和綜合服務中心。重點打造濱江新城金融商務區、梅溪湖國際服務區、洋湖總部經濟區、岳麓山風景名迷你倉新蒲崗區和麓穀科技新城等生態文明建設的五大精品片區。塑造洲水相擁的城域風貌生態文明建設最終的落腳點是建設宜居舒適的人居環境。為此，《大綱》建議建立“藍脈綠網+綠塊”的區域生態網絡，構築以生態廊道為骨架，塊狀綠地為基質的區域生態格局。如在主要城市片區中心建設大型綠地——“綠心”。加強公園綠地建設，新建一批城市公園：提升橘子洲公園、麓穀公園、王陵公園，整治天馬山景區公園，建設西湖文化公園、後湖公園、北津城遺址公園、岳北漁場水上公園、桃花嶺景區公園、梅嶺公園。建設濕地公園，保護開發濕地綠洲。重點建設洋湖、梅溪湖、金洲湖、大澤湖、團頭湖、千龍湖濕地公園，在梅溪湖、觀音岩水庫等主要湖泊、水庫周邊建設水源涵養林。對散佈于湘江的傅家洲、鵝洲、水陸洲、柏家洲、巴溪洲、香爐洲、月亮島等20多個尚未開發利用的生態綠洲加以保護和適度開發，塑造洲水相擁、陸島相望的城域風貌。同時，建設人工森林、綠色走廊、楔形綠地等，使之成為新鮮空氣的庫地和通道。為了促進資源節約和循環利用，《大綱》提出可建立覆蓋先導區的廢品回收獎勵IC卡系統。“居民變賣廢品時通過刷卡積累積分，將廢品回收IC卡同市民卡或公交IC卡關聯，廢品回收收益返成公交卡費或減免衛生費。”【名詞解釋】藍脈綠網：指充分利用發達的河流水系，沿城市重點景觀河道和主要城市道路設置綠化帶，與城市公園、街頭綠地、居住區綠地、廣場相結合，構築相互聯通的綠色網絡。藍脈即河流。綠塊：是指加強塊狀綠地建設，在城市片區中心建設大型綠地“綠心”。迷你倉出租

Source: The Roanoke Times, Va.迷你倉July 26--Customers of the Craig-Botetourt Electric Cooperative will see a 5.2 percent decrease in their electricity bills, the utility announced today.A decrease in the wholesale cost of power that the cooperative purchases from larger utilities was cited as the reason for the rate reduction.Craig-Botetourt has about 7,000 members in the counties of Alleghany, Botetourt, Craig, Giles, Montgomery and Roanoke. For the most part, it serves rural areas out of the reach of Appalachian Power Co., the region's dominant utility.Even with the decrease, Craig-Botetourt customers will still pay more than those served by Appalachian.Craig-Botetourt's residential rate for 1,000 kilowatt hours, the average monthly amount for a home, is $135. Appalachian's rate was $109.80 in April, according to its website.In fact, Craig-Botetourt had the highest rates in the state in January, according to an analysis by the Virginia Attorney General's office. Because rates can fluctuate, especially with smaller utilities, it was not clear how Craig-Botetourt currently ranks.Larger utilities, with more residential and high-paying business accounts, ge文件倉erally benefit from economies of scale not available to smaller ones.For example, Craig-Botetourt has an average of 5.2 customers per mile of power line. Appalachian has 17 customers per mile.
