Called Tamaya, it's big at 780 acres, with approval for 2,400 residences -- single-family, apartments, condos and townhouses -- and 500,000 square feet of commercial space.A project called Meditierra had been planned during the mid-2000s housing boom, but that got sidelined with the recession.Now it's back and has broken ground.The land is owned by a partnership of James. M. Carr, chairman/CEO of Devco; Armando Codina, chairman/CEO of Codina Partners; and Mori Hosseini, chairman/CEO of ICI Homes.ICI Homes is going to develop about 1,000 single-family homes, Hosseini said, ranging from 1,900 square feet to 4,000. Prices will start in the mid-$300s and go up to $900,000 or so.It's going to be gated, with several communities based on price point within Tamaya. But it will have one central, $10 million, 10,000-square-foot clubhouse. There will also be a concierge service, he said, which is fairly unusual.Hosseini said they have contracts with other developers to build 700 apartment units in more than one complex with entrances from Kernan. There also will be condos and townhouses.As part of Tamaya, Standard Pacific Homes bought 109 acres in August where it intends to put 270 homes.Hosseini said ICI will build eight models starting the first of the year and open its sales center in February. Right now, they're putting in streets and digging lakes.Half the retail space will be on the northeast corner of the intersection. The other half will be on the northwest corner, where the same partnership owns 32 acres.The project comes at a time when most of the new houses in Northeast Florida are being built in St. Johns County.But Hosseini said he sees ICI, which is a builder in Nocatee, doing the same thing developers are doing in St. Johns County."They have more land down there, but we have the land here," he said. "We can create the same type of development with trails and parks."ATLANTIC AND KERNANA little farther north on Kernan, an apartment complex is planned at Atlantic Boulevard.Davis Development of Atlanta paid $3.5 million for 14.3 acres that was part of Sleiman Enterprises' Atlantic North development.Gene Babb, who heads acquisition for Davis, said his company is in the permitting process for a 290-unit complex. He said he's expecting to break ground within 60 days, have the first units ready for move-in in another eight or nine months.Davis Development has several projects in Florida, but this is the first in Jacksonville. What drew the company to the site, Babb said, was the proximity to shopping, including Atlantic North.Right now, that Sleiman development includes Academy Sports + Outdoors, L.A. Fitness and a 7-Eleven. Construction of a Belk department and Earth Fare natural foods market are scheduled to begin next year.Michael Herzberg, director of development for Sleiman, said the plan for the project has always included residences. 本報訊桂東航、記者張祖珍、實習生楊睿報道：12月13日，迷你倉樂器記者獲悉，南昌市已經制定了《南昌市2013-2020年商業網點規劃》(以下簡稱“規劃”)，全面規劃了該市商業布局體系，突出對商業街、商品市場、零售業等業態統一規劃。【八一廣場、中山路商業中心】措施：突出購物、休閒、商旅服務的商業功能將繼續堅持商業大型化，注重購物環境舒適，突出購物、休閒、商旅服務的商業功能，構建輻射國內遊客的中部地區有影響力的商業中心。【紅穀灘商業中心】措施：發展大型購物中心引進知名品牌零售商紅穀灘新區處於商業、商務中期形成階段，有一定的吸引區域外遊客的能力，發展大型購物中心，引進國內外知名零售商、國內外著名品牌旗艦店；發展新的專業特色街區；發展特色餐飲、休息娛樂等服務；發展地鐵站點零售商業和餐飲區，構建輻射國內遊客的商業中心、金融中心，成為輻射全市的電子商務聚集區。【城北商業中心】措施：文化娛樂為基礎發展高端購物與時尚消費東湖區青山路沿線區域為商業成熟區，以藍天碧水購物廣場、紫金城時尚購物中心和樟樹林文化娛樂為基礎，規劃發展成為高端購物與時尚消費區；結合青山湖西岸的開發，完善補充購物、餐飲、時尚娛樂、星級酒店等業態，引進若干電子商務總部，成為輻射南昌的電子商務聚集區。【洪城商業中心】措施：依托洪城商圈發展批發依托洪城商圈已有商業資源，依據專業市場體系，未來向展銷型、多功能專業市場發展，推出低端批發業務，完善補充高端購物、高端餐飲、星級酒店、休閒娛 樂等，引進若干電子商務總部，成為輻射全市電子商務聚集區，輻射全省各地批發零售商的區級商業中心。【紅角洲商業中心】措施：完善服務功能打造區級商業中心計劃近期在高鐵西客站形成站前商業中心，完善服務功能；配備超市、倉儲商場、專賣店等滿足居民基本生活需要的便民商業網點；在中期商業成長階段，擇機引入精品百貨、專業店等業態；華南城、西客站、生米鎮等區域規劃三個片區商圈，不斷完善批發零售商業、電子商務、文化創意產業、娛樂、旅遊休閒等，成為輻 射大學迷你倉西貢區、片區居民以及國內遊客的區級商業中心。【昌南商業中心】措施：集商務辦公、購物、餐飲和娛樂為一體將依托專業市場和物流園，引進大型購物中心、精品百貨店、專業市場、星級酒店、品牌餐飲、時尚娛樂等商業設施，打造輻射昌南，集商務辦公、購物、餐飲和娛樂為一體的區級商業中心。【昌東商業中心】措施：重點發展購物中心、餐飲娛樂及生態旅遊在青山湖板塊，選擇在昌東片區重點發展購物中心、精品百貨店、專業店、星級酒店、餐飲娛樂及生態旅遊等業態。構建集購物、旅遊、商務、餐飲娛樂為一體的城東現代化商業中心。【瑤湖商業中心】措施：打造區級中高端商業商務聚集區高新區將打造為體現生態科技服務特色的區級中高端商業商務聚集區，未來主要配合高新區內產業發展、航空城和高校園區，加強商業、商務、休閒娛樂服務功能，構建輻射青山湖區域居民和高新區就業者的區級商業中心。【蛟橋商業中心】措施：發展現代生產性服務業成為區級商業中心經開區未來主要滿足附近5~10公里居民和消費者需要，圍繞經開區產業和高校園區配置文化用品、大�餐飲、娛樂、購物等商業網點；配合園區內企業建設一批生產服務設施，發展現代生產性服務業，成為一個具有高校文化特色和工業園區特色的區級商業中心。【鳳凰洲商業中心】措施：構建中高端商業聚集區滿足居民需求未來主要構建以銅鑼灣商業廣場和地鐵站商業網點為核心的中高端商業聚集區，滿足區域範圍內10平方公里居民的生活服務需要。【朝陽新城商業中心】措施：配合總部經濟發展和象湖旅遊資源開發構建社區商業網點體系，在中期商業成長階段配合總部經濟發展和象湖旅遊資源深度開發，擇機引入大型購物中心、精品百貨店、國際連鎖店、專業店等業態，成為集購物、餐飲、賓館、文化娛樂為一體的區級綜合性高端商業中心。【灣里區商業中心】措施：依托郊遊休閒資源發展中高端商業服務重點依托郊遊休閒資源，打造“綠色南昌窗口展示區”、低碳南昌生態休閒區 ，配套建設大中型零售超市、度假賓館，特色餐飲、時尚娛樂等商業網點，形成區級中高端商業服務聚集區。迷你倉將軍澳

香港文匯報訊（記者　王維寶）仕達富昨日公布最新薪酬調查及招聘展望，mini storage當中有84%受訪企業將於明年加薪，逾57%表示將加薪3.1%至5%，亦有23%的加幅為5.1%至7%，當中，醫療護理界加幅最高，由6%至7.5%不等，其次是零售業，平均加幅為5.5%，比今年初平均加6%稍為回落。仕達富亞太區市場推廣經理何泳欣表示，面對營運成本不斷上升，故薪酬加幅回落是正常現象，對零售業前景仍感樂觀，未來會增聘人手，應付旅客消費需求。臨近年尾，打工仔都關心明年公司會否加薪，仕達富人才資源公司(Faro)於今年9月至11月期間，以電話形式訪問了117間客戶公司，進行明年薪酬調整調查，發現當中84%受訪者預計明年將會調高薪酬，其餘16%則表示將維持2013年水平。逾57%受訪企業表示2014年將計劃加薪3.1至5%，有23%受訪儲存業則計劃加薪5.1至7%，當中加幅最大的行業為醫療護理界，加薪幅度普通為6%至7.5%，何泳欣表示，由於本港醫療護理界持續人手短缺，故只能以加薪挽留人才。零售流失率高 96%商戶願請人零售業加薪幅度緊隨護理界之後，加幅由4.2%至6.8%不等，平均加幅為5.5%，比去年的6%有所回落，何泳欣表示，隨�本港零售業營運成本不斷上升，加上入職薪酬大部分都已作適當調升，所以薪酬加幅回落是正常現象。何泳欣認為，本港旅遊業仍然暢旺，大量內地旅客來港購買日用品，故本港零售業前景仍然明朗。另外，零售業界流失率持續高企，因工作自由度低及工時長等問題，業內僱員一直主動尋找其他機會「跳槽」，加上近年零售業高速增長，零售業空缺增加，令去年勞動力流失率接近10%，所以仍有96%受訪零售業商戶表示，將於明年增聘人手，應付旅客的消費需求。迷你倉

跨境人民幣境外借款業務 12月5日，迷你倉在“金融支持自貿試驗區實體經濟推進會”上，交通銀行與上海東方網電子商務有限公司簽約跨境人民幣境外借款業務。這是交行根據人民銀行金融支持自貿區建設意見，首批提供此項銀行服務，將切實促進企業貿易與投資便利化，推動實體經濟發展。 12月2日，中國人民銀行正式出台《關於金融支持中國(上海)自由貿易試驗區建設的意見》，這體現了十八屆三中全會全面深化改革的總體要求，對促進企業貿易與投資便利化、實體經濟發展具有重要意義。《意見》指出，區內中外資企業可從境外借入人民幣資金，在原有外商投資企業舉借外債的基礎上將融資主體擴大到了中資企業，有助于企業降低財務成本，拓展融資渠道。 交行按照《意見》相關規定，充分發揮其廣泛的海外機構布局優勢，由該行上海市分行與香港分行聯動，為東方網電子商務有限公司提供1億元跨境人民幣境外借款，文件倉于滿足該公司跨境電子商務平台運營的資金需求。 上海東方網電子商務有限公司是2013年9月29日在上海自貿區揭牌儀式上首批25家入駐自貿區的重點企業之一，是獲得資格許可在自貿區開展跨境電子商務業務的企業。該筆業務的辦理是推動跨境電子商務跨境人民幣結算的具體舉措。 交行有關負責人表示，作為目前在自貿試驗區唯一設有兩家經營機構(自貿試驗區分行及交銀租賃專業子公司)的金融機構，下一步交行將在人民銀行及相關監管部門的指導下，秉持“風險可控、穩步推進”的總體原則，合理合規推進各項業務試點，充分利用境內外兩種資源，兩個市場，針對不同的客戶需求為其量身定制專屬化服務方案，提供包括跨境人民幣、跨境投融資、跨境財富管理、供應鏈融資等在內的本外幣一體化綜合金融服務方案，通過“做大、做強、做專業、做特色”來更好地為自貿區建設做出貢獻，切實有效地服務與推動實體經濟發展。存倉

自存倉 兩名中國遊客尼泊爾酒店身亡新華網消息13日早晨，在尼泊爾風景旅遊地納格爾果德，兩名中國遊客被發現在其住宿的酒店死亡。當地警方正在展開調查，死亡原因尚不清楚。據當地媒體報道，死亡的兩名中國人分別為55歲和62歲。酒店前台接線員桑塔介紹說，當地時間12日下午2時，9名中國人來酒店住宿。13日早晨，中國領隊去敲隊員房門時，其中一房間沒有反應，破門進入後發現，一人死在靠近浴室的地板上，另外一人死在床上。迷你倉
