Yes, Ashton Kutcher is very good playing Steve Jobs. What dread you may be harboring is quite unnecessary in that regard, I assure you. He's good enough, in fact, to make "Jobs" probably the acting graduation film that he no doubt intended it to be.He's been a proven sitcom star and sketch comic whose zest exceeds his comic ability. He's also been, up to now, a feature film also-ran. And now he's finally proved himself a worthy actor in a theatrical feature playing the man who gave us the Apple computer, the Macintosh and the iPod.He'll still, no doubt, be treated as little more than a "cute boy" even when he's at the age where men start taking medications for their heart and their prostate but, at least, his highest achievement in show business by then, won't be rescuing CBS' "Two and a Half Men" from Charlie Sheen's pharmacological high jinks.It isn't Kutcher that's the problem; it's Joshua Michael Stern's movie "Jobs" that's the problem.Steve Jobs is a great subject for a book, that's for certain. It has already proven to be a couple of times. A Steve Jobs movie is a different matter altogether as this movie so thoroughly proves.It's a good movie as far as it goes. Kutcher is OK and there's no question that in the right hands there ought to be a movie that's an authentic Romance of American business. And Jobs, the driven obsessive whose company helped give us the devices that have radically transformed American life in the 21st century, certainly ought to be a worthy subject for such a movie.It doesn't begin to go far enough.If you think of "Jobs" as kind of a companion movie to "The Social Network" -- another movie about a man who seems to be about equal parts visionary and jackass -- "Jobs" seems to be as much computer program as it is movie script. In "The Social Network," it's true that the whole point of the movie seemed to be "just how much of a jackass IS this guy anyway?" But the writing of Aaron Sorkin had so much of his Ninja blade slashing through language and dialogue that it was always a pleasure to behold."Jobs" is never less than watchable. It is never without its rhetorical and dramatic flourishes, too. But if you're hoping to have any deeper understanding of Jobs when the movie is over, forget it.The whole movie seems to be the dramatic answers to a giant computer search engine. Under "visionary," you can search out "business badass" and "brilliant collector of wildly creative freaks and misfits" and "imaginer of computers as integr迷你倉l parts of everyone's life." You'll find exemplary scenes in "Jobs" illustrating each.Under "jackass," you can find the subcategories "cold fish," "family washout," "malicious megalomaniac" and "manipulator and misuser of almost everyone." You'll find adequate scenes illustrating all of those, too.Lots of luck connecting the dots.Here is a man, after all, who starts out at Reed College as an aromatic, barefoot dropout with bad hygiene and a willful inclination to study whatever Reed, in its genius, will allow him to. He grows up to be the sort of fellow who parks in his company's handicapped space in the parking lot. And who eats only fruit. And listens to Dylan. And keeps an omnipresent picture of Einstein on the wall throughout his life.He discards business partners, associates, co-workers and underlings as if they were Big Mac wrappers once their usefulness to him is consumed. He is even less interested in the baby he fathers in his youth -- so much so that he claims at first she's not his even though blood tests say otherwise. (We do see him cry over her impending existence, though. Don't ask why. You'll never know.)When that girl suddenly shows up as a college student oversleeping on his living room couch toward the end of the film, don't expect to hear Word One about how she got there. This movie, with its computer programmed dramatic issues, couldn't care less.All it wants to tell you is about his ferocious business acumen and dedication to excellence and his uncanny vision of how America would be living in a very near future.Which, to be sure, is a heck of a story and very much worth doing as well as it's done here. But the movie's incompetence I think lays in not giving you the answer to almost any human question you might have. (How did he GET that way? Did his father, played by John Getz, have anything to do with it? His mother, played by Lesley Anne Warren, whose single close-up in the movie lasts a mere fraction of a second?). Source: Portland Press Herald, MaineAug.存倉 15--PORTLAND -- A group looking to open a college-level circus school on Thompson's Point is hoping to begin offering preparatory classes in 2014, according to a website launched Thursday morning.The circus school, which will train performers akin to those associated with Cirque Du Soleil, hopes to welcome its first full-time class in September 2015, according to CircusConservatory.org.The newly formed Circus Conservatory of America is expected to announce plans today to convert an existing 33,000-square-foot brick building into a performing arts school, where students will be able to earn a bachelor's of fine arts in contemporary circus performance.The school's founding officers and the developer behind an ambitious $100 million mixed-used development on the 28-acre former industrial site say the school will be the first of its kind in the United States. Similar schools exist in Canada.The Forefront at Thompson's Point is expected to include an event center where the Maine Red Claws have said they will play their home games. Other elements of the project are expected to include a hotel, sports medicine lab, restaurants and office space.The proposed conservatory reflects the evolution of the circus business, which now supports youth camps and training schools around the country and the world.Over the last 25 years, contemporary circus performances have become popular in Europe, Canada and, more recently, the United States. Performances rely on theatrical, acrobatic, and artistic elements, rather than old-fashioned clown acts and making animals do tricks.Outfits such as Cirque du Soleil and Circus Smirkus have helped fuel interest in contemporary circus in the United States.Such high-flying, gravity-defying performances can be dangerous. A Cirque du Soleil performer was killed during a Las Vegas performance in July when she slipped from her harness and fell to her death during a live performance.There are many contemporary circus training programs in the United States, most of which offer weekend or week-long training sessions geared toward children.Nielsen said in an interview with the Press Herald on Wednesday that the school is currently seeking its accreditation from the New England Association of Schools and Colleges. ■本報記者 王哲 “今天你‘打飛機’了嗎？”8月5日，self storage隨著騰訊微信發佈5.0新版本，一款內嵌的手游（手機遊戲）“打飛機”，在微信朋友圈里瘋狂流傳開來。 作為國內移動互聯的領軍公司——騰訊進駐手游市場並不是“頭腦一熱”的衝動投資，而是看中了手游市場這塊潛力巨大的寶藏。不過，作為朝陽產業的手游市場，急需大量資金投入和精誠的經營團隊。 騰訊進軍手游市場 經過長時間探索，騰訊旗下的微信也開始了商業化運營，手游則是其首推的產品，這也標誌著騰訊正式試水手游市場。 微信的力量不可謂不強大，從微信網友互動，邀請手機QQ好友參與遊戲，一周的時間，騰訊主推的手游利用移動社交，已經形成了病毒式傳播，從而有了“今天你‘打飛機’了嗎”的流行語。 微信建立之初，誰都沒想到會這麼成功——兩年半的時間，微信聚集了四五億的用戶——如今似乎到了收穫的季節。在全球移動互聯網大會上，騰訊副總裁馬曉軼宣佈“騰訊移動遊戲平台”正式推出，騰訊將通過統一管理和運營，協助合作伙伴打造適合于不同用戶的移動遊戲精品。對於一個擁有近5億用戶的微信平台，騰訊一直想辦法如何實現商業化，而手游無疑是最好的途徑。 據記者瞭解，騰訊的移動遊戲平台由4個平行部門組成；天美意游工作室負責手游開發；商務部門負責引入外部手游；項目組擔當整體運營；市場部配合項目組營銷推廣。 騰訊在手游上的布局借鑒了端游（客戶端遊戲）的經驗，在多個類型的細分市場都布下了重兵，由此可見手游的戰略地位以及受重視程度。馬曉軼曾表示，投資手游團隊也是騰訊手游布局的重要方式之一。 在騰訊手游上線的同時，微信也解決了遊戲的支付問題，目前，已開通的接口銀行包括中國銀行、中國農業銀行、中國建設銀行、招商銀行等。 對此，國內許多手游公司開始坐立不安。漢風科技遊戲公司市場總監陳先生對《中國貿易報》記者表示，騰訊的做法迅速而全面，最重要的是，騰訊有龐大的客戶作支撐，這是單一的手游公司不能比的，騰訊進入手游市場後，對目前的手游市場震動很大，包括產業鏈、商業模式等都會因騰訊的進入而改變。 “本來微博有這個機會在手游市場上成就一番作為，但是他們主打的網頁遊戲一直不溫不火，錯失了手游市場這塊大蛋糕。”陳先生對記者說。 手游市場或被大公司壟斷 中國版協遊戲工委、CNG中新遊戲研究（伽馬數據）、國際數據公司（IDC）發佈的《2013年1—6月中國遊戲產業報告》顯示，今年上半年，中國網游收入313億元，其中，端游收入最高為232.9億元，而手游的同比增速最快，達119%。咨詢公司Futuresource公佈的一項市場調研報迷你倉顯示，2014年，全球手機遊戲市場營收額將突破100億美元大關。因此，對於目前3種遊戲模式的發展前景，業內幾乎達成共識：端游仍然最賺錢，頁游（網頁遊戲）的黃金髮展期已經過去，而手游的發展前景最為廣闊。 相關數據顯示，截至今年6月底，國內手游用戶規模達到1.71億人，相比去年同期增長119.3%。其間，雖然手游的市場規模僅為端游的1/9，但用戶規模已經超過端游，而且是唯一繼續呈現快速增長的遊戲細分領域。 相較于端游，手游技術的入門門檻更低、投資相對較少、回報迅速、利潤豐厚，這無疑會吸引許多創業者進入手游領域淘金，想要分走手游市場的一杯羹而實現一夜暴富的夢想。但現實是，手游市場的經營同樣遵循二八法則（又名帕累托定律，由19世紀末20世紀初意大利經濟學家帕累托發現。他認為：在任何一組東西中，最重要的只占其中一小部分，約20%，其餘的80%盡管是多數，卻是次要的，因此又稱二八法則）。 手游看起來容易做起來難，三五個人成立的小團隊根本無法應對公司和遊戲發展中遇到的各種問題。這些小團隊、小公司要發展變大不僅要突破自身發展的瓶頸，還要面臨行業隨時隨地的變化。 據陳先生介紹，每一款手游都有自己的生命周期，這就是手游的生死門，一旦手游過了遊戲周期，手游的日活躍人數會大幅下降，玩家的注意力會被不斷分割，也就宣佈了這款手游的死亡。不難理解，遊戲的生命周期越長，所帶來的利潤越多。 “雖然現在許多人都在創業做手機遊戲，但是能做好的不多，手游市場可能也會像團購市場那樣，只有有限的幾個公司能夠活下來，其餘的都逃脫不了破產的事實。”宇點科技有限公司負責人對記者表示。 通過對手游平台的數據研究，業內人士表示，未來一兩年內，手游市場的進入門檻將大幅提高。 對此，業內人士對記者說，手游市場並不是小孩過家家的遊戲，這個市場最終只會被幾個上市遊戲巨頭所壟斷。 雖然手游市場很熱，但在這個以“快”為宗旨的行業中，泡沫難以避免。易觀國際遊戲行業分析師薛永鋒表示，目前，各種類型的資本都在湧入手機遊戲領域——包括風險投資、天使投資，甚至過去投資礦業的人也來湊熱鬧。當泡沫破滅時，只有不到400家遊戲開發公司可能生存下來，但泡沫破裂將有益于手機遊戲行業的長期成長。他表示，本來預測2014年手游泡沫破裂，但目前來看這個時間點應該提前不少，也許就在2013年底。 藍港在線（北京）科技有限公司最近剛轉型到手游領域，其董事長兼首席執行官王峰仍然認為，手游市場的競爭將會比PC遊戲市場的競爭慘烈得多。現在整個遊戲市場大的環境增長量足夠了，“未來，大部分手游公司會很難活下去，到今年年底，估計要‘橫屍遍野’。”他說。 文件倉

在昨日舉行的2013博鼇房地產論壇上，mini storage中房協副會長朱中一現場表示，受到廣泛關注的房地產長效機制預計需要3個月才能公佈，方向不再針對房價。 房地產調控新思路等待中，驚起熱議一片。此前，今年以來的房地產調控其實已出現微妙變化，受到戰略性“淡化”。 南都記者從昨日論壇獲悉，“史上最嚴厲”之謂的限購政策可能有保有壓，土地和稅收是兩大關鍵。華遠地產董事長任志強稱“不會大漲大跌”。不過也有看空者如卓越置業執行總裁張遠就告訴南都記者，長效機制是一種希望，但還不太現實，企業還是要根據自身發展，“錢”途要緊。 長效機制呼之欲出 中房協副會長朱中一昨日在論壇開場發言即觸動焦點。他表示，受到廣泛關注的房地產長效機制預計需要3個月才能公佈，方向不再針對房價。 朱中一向南都記者表示，其已向中央提出建議，鑒於當前房價、地價上漲的預期不減，對土地供應緊張、地價、房價上漲較快的城市，要強化地方政府責任制，強調住房用地的供應計劃要與住房供應計劃掛�，普通商品房用地的出讓價格要與穩定房價的目標責任制銜接。“否則下一步穩定房價的難度更大”。 華遠地產董事長任志強也表示，很多人把希望寄托在三中全會，希望能給出一個比較明確的目標，“所以一定要等三中全會出來了才知道”。 不過，卓越置業執行總裁張遠接受南都記者採訪時表示，長效機制是一種希望，但還不太現實，“現在也就半年沒有大的調控政策，大家好像都不習慣了。其實國家政策是希望推進房地產市場化，企業還是要根據自身的發展，圍繞政策圍繞市場。” 主戰場轉向土地和稅收 在關於房地產調控長效機制的問題上，土地和稅收被屢屢提及，成為兩個關鍵元素。 “土地、稅收，這兩個環節是解決長效機制最重要的兩個元素。如果再加上一點就是新的投資渠道，這三個因素是解決長效機制的關鍵，沒有很好的結合，這三個因素都self storage決不了。”寶龍地產總裁許華芳在博鼇房地產論壇上表示。 如何建立房地產長效機制，朱中一認為應包括抓緊完善房地產市場調控政策，今後更多地採用稅收、信貸等經濟的和法律的手段來進行調控，又要在完善住房和住房用地供應體系、房地產稅收制度、金融制度和推進住宅產業化等方面健全長效機制。另外，應繼續加強保障性安居工程在資金籌措、使用監管、規劃建設、工程質量、分配、退出和運營管理等方面的工作。 雖然對具體內容難有共識，但房產稅可能率先擴圍的猜測，受到一致認可。 “房產稅談論了很久，政策是明確支持的，決策層也有一定的計劃在部署，”許華芳表示。 開發商“錢途”平坦 中國城鄉建設經濟研究所所長陳淮表示，開發商“今年比任何一年心裡都平坦”。不少與會開發商昨日表示，其實混得好的房企不差錢。但“錢荒”水太深，很多問題並不是表面所見。 不可否認的是，銀行“錢荒”影響下，去杠杆化已不可避免。同時，�多房地產基金、信托產品依舊雨後春筍般活躍，積極尋找項目合作。 “房地產信托的兌付風險還沒有規模性地出現，目前還能夠消化，”上海愛建信托資產信托總部總經理張天非接受南都記者採訪時表示，其計劃今年繼續加碼投入，準備做50億地產信托，100億徵信信托。 據其介紹，目前信托業普遍調緊了對風險的預判和評估。雖然大小房地產企業都有進行項目合作，但信托業對股權質押的要求普遍有所提高，謹慎面對“錢荒”風險。 對於房地產開發資金問題，房地產業內普遍認為，扼住資金的咽喉，並不是解決房地產問題的有效之道。 中國城鄉建設經濟研究所所長陳淮表示，不管是房價問題、剛需蝸居問題還是農民的市民化問題，首先要有房地產業在規模、技術、競爭力上不斷改善和提高，而不是萎縮。正對開發建設能力的需求，正是支撐國家放開房企再融資的一個重要考量。 南都記者 陳琳琳 發自三亞迷你倉
