半天時間里采了一整筐海蟶，迷你倉出租阿婆很高興。漲潮了，采蟶人急忙從灘塗湧回碼頭。彎腰采蟶，每次勞作都長達數小時。許多採購商候在碼頭裡，就等著采蟶人上岸。驕陽似火，正是曬蟶幹的好時機，村民們緊趕著剝海蟶。8月25日，我們探訪了擁有“縊蟶之鄉”美譽的福州市連江縣百勝村。近日正趕海蟶出產旺季，漁民們每天都掐著手指盤算著大海漲潮退潮的時刻。有時披星戴月，天未亮，漁民便早早來到海岸邊等候，趁著退潮間隙，大批采蟶隊伍出現在海灘上；有時赤日高懸，驕陽似火，潮水要上漲了，上千采蟶人便從灘塗里湧回碼頭。每天下灘塗挖蟶的漁民達2000多人，他們卷起褲腿，彎著腰，深深地踩在灘塗里，眯起眼，瞅准灘塗里的小孔，或用手，或拿小鋤頭不停刨挖，每次勞作長達數小時。這可是個細心的活兒，鋒利的鋤頭用力刨下去迷你倉必須躲開埋在田里的蟶，可又得讓蟶破泥而出。沉甸甸的簍子被放在灘塗上推行，村民們心裡樂著，今年的蟶收穫不少，又能賣個好價錢了。經過數小時的勞作，采蟶人回到灘塗邊。收穫的海蟶，一部分在碼頭上就被收購走了，一部分則挑回家曬成蟶幹。當地人介紹，八九月旺季，每天從百勝村供應到市場的海蟶總量可達4萬公斤。據史料記載，唐代起百勝村民就已養殖海蟶，宋代盛產。連江海水養殖百勝縊蟶已有500多年曆史。該村目前擁有1.5萬畝灘塗，海蟶養殖面積3000多畝。百勝村出產的海蟶被稱為“縊蟶”，分新蟶、舊蟶、盤蟶三個優良特色品種，其中盤蟶更被譽為“百蟶之王”。去年，“百勝縊蟶”被國家工商總局商標局核准註冊為地理標誌證明商標。因蔚為壯觀的海蟶收穫景象，百勝村也成為連江海濱旅遊的名勝景點。子石圖/文儲存倉

His Beiqiao Root Carving City, founded two years ago, is the kind of creative hub that Zhuanqiao Town in the Minhang District is trying to nurture as part of a transition from heavy to light industry.“This is different from the usual marketplace where people go to buy home decorations,” Zhang said of his artistic center. “We are selling art as a luxury collector’s item for the Chinese people.”The creative arts in China are flourishing, thanks in part to cultural parks created by local governments. These hubs bring together the talents of individual artists and designers with the financing of businessmen betting on the growth of “big trees.”“In China there are old warehouses, factories and even streets that can be converted into creative hubs,” said Luo Wei, director of the Creative Industry Office in Zhuanqiao. “But we all know that the most important commodity is always people — creative people who can push this business forward and to make culture blossom.”Culture blossomsBeiqiao Root Carving City covers almost 30,000 square meters, comprises about 60 companies and studios and proudly calls itself the biggest marketplace of its kind in East China. More than 100,000 root-carving works are on display there, ranging in price from 20 yuan (US$3.26) to several million yuan.Root carving embodies a tradition centuries old. Gnarled old tree roots are transformed into works of art by precision hands that know how to use the roots to their best advantage.Zhang hails from Fujian Province, one of the birthplaces of root carving in China. He came to Minhang in 2006 and opened a shop of root carving in the Jiuxing Building Materials Market. But that venue proved unsuitable for a serious artist who wanted to elevate his craft above humdrum household knick-knacks.Root carving masters are spread across China. Many don’t live near either the source of good roots nor major markets like Shanghai to sell them. Many craftsmen are old and can’t go foraging through forests to dig out the roots themselves, Zhang said.“What we would like to do is gather them together t迷你倉rough an online platform,” he said. “The masters can guide workers on how to dig out tree roots professionally, and then they can design artistic pieces from them. Compared with this huge potential network, our market here will just be a small showroom.”To encourage the growth of this “showroom,” Zhang leased space, rent-free for the first year, to more than 50 shops.“We have supported Zhang in his efforts, assisting him with financing and personnel resources,” said director Luo. “When the hub completes the online platform, it will be a perfect combination of technology and culture.”Zhuanqiao is now home to more than 200 companies involved with advertising and design work. Two companies are adopting a strategy similar to Zhang’s by establishing online platforms where artists can design and create, using resources provided by the companies. Gaocheng Art Pack Co on Guanghua Road is among the most successful creative companies in Minhang. It initially started as a printing company but has expanded into package design for big clients like distillers Moutai and Wuliangye.Their designs, mostly liquor bottles, were displayed at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and at the World Expo Shanghai 2010.Life art design“We want to become a life art design company,” said Cai Shishan, founder and chief executive of Gaocheng.  “Our products include plates, bottles, cups and other household goods. They are all artistic and stylish.”The company now employs about 1,000 designers and plans to move to a bigger, 170,000-square-meter site on Xiangyang Road when construction work is completed in 2015.The company also plans an online platform offering participation to designers from all over the world. Once a design is submitted and accepted, the company will turn it into product. “This will be good collaboration between traditional industry and the creative industry,” said Luo. “When talking about the creative cultural industry, many people seem to focus more on ‘industry’ than on ‘creative.’ The establishment of creative hubs wouldn’t be possible without designers and artists.”The government is also planning to turn Guanghua Road, Gaocheng’s current site and a former chemical industry base, into another creative hub in Zhuanqiao, according to Luo.儲存倉

Dunaway, 36, of Foster, Ohio, according to the release. Dunaway was extradited from Newark, N.J., and has bmini storageen charged with one count of sexual solicitation of a minor via the Internet. Region advises travelers to carry an emergency supply kit in their automobiles. Water, non-perishable food, and a flashlight, battery-powered or hand-crank radio, first-aid kit, medication, multi-purpose tool, copies of personal documents, a cell phone and charger, emergency contact information, extra cash, emergency blanket and maps should be included.Travelers should let at least one person know their destination, the route they're taking, when they are leaving and when they expect to arrive.Law enforcement agencies across the state will be engaged in campaigns to combat impaired driving and keep motorists and boaters safe over the holiday weekend.The N.C. State Highway Patrol, Alcohol Law Enforcement Division and the Wildlife Resources Commission will be combining efforts in "On the Road, On the Water, Don't Drink and Drive," which begins Saturday and ends Monday.The campaign will consist of DWI checkpoints near parks and recreational areas by the water across the state.According to statistics from Highway Patrol, the agency investigated 278 fatal collisions and more than 8,500 injury collisions in the summer months last year. Of those 278 fatalities, 88 stemmed from impaired driving. Just more than 900 people were injured in impaired driving collisions.The Jacksonville Police Department also is in the middle of a "Booze It and Lose It" campaign under the direction of the N.C. Governor's Highway Safety Program. The campaign began August 16 and ends Monday, and also focuses on DWI enforcement. According to JPD spokeswoman Beth Purcell, in the first 10 days of the program the JPD made 10 DWI arrests."As the holiday weekend approaches, we wish to remind motorists that impaired driving can be caused by drugs as well as alcohol," said Lieutenant Sean Magill, JPD Traffic Supervisor.JPD officials warn motorists to be迷你倉responsible on the road and not get behind the wheel while impaired.WaterwaysFor boaters, Sgt. （吉隆坡30日訊）為了買一部約1千400令吉的手機，儲存卻失去一輛價值近4萬令吉的四輪驅動車！來自甲洞的玩具商吳志明（38歲）日前到吉隆坡某購物廣場買手機，過後前往取車時，卻驚見其Pajero四驅車在廣場停車場內被偷了。吳志明今日在泗岩沫區國會議員林立迎的陪同下，召開新聞發佈會說明事情的經過。他說，本月20日下午4時許，他將四驅車停放在該廣場內的地下停車場，直至晚上8時許到停車場取車打算離開時，驚見車子不在停車格上。“我發現車子不見時當場傻掉，但是又不確定是失竊或是自己記錯位置。”閉路電視確認車子被偷他因此到其他的樓層去找車子，然而找完所有了樓層都不見，只好向廣場管理層投訴，並要求檢查閉路電視，惟對方卻稱需報案後才允許查看。吳志明指出，本身只好向對方強調不確定其車輛是否失竊，並在被質問是否將車輛停在停車場內時，出示已付款的泊車票，加上期間管理層也接獲有關有一輛車子撞毀欄杆，硬駛出停車場的通知，他才被允許查看閉路電視的錄影。他說，從錄影中發現自己的車子是於6時許被偷走，而本身也隨即前往報警，其後才在保險公司的陪同下取得有關閉路電視影像。廣場管理層沒給予交代他也在事發5天後，即25日當天到該廣場呈信函，要求對方在7天內給予他一個交代，惟至今仍還沒有任何回應。他指出，本身只有一輛四輪驅動車可使用，平日除了工作上需用車，也必須載送太太及2名分別就讀幼兒園及小學的女兒上班及上學，車子失竊造成他的不方便。林立迎：匪合新蒲崗迷你倉幹案一張泊票車貼車駛出另一方面，林立迎指出，根據該廣場的閉路電視影像顯示，被竊走的四驅車是緊隨前方的車輛，並在該車在自動付費機繳票時一同駛出停車場，而吳志明的車子還因此撞倒付費機的欄杆，因此他相信竊賊是與同謀一起幹案。他也指出，他們在查看閉路電視影像時發現，在吳志明的車子駛出停車場的同一時間，另一個自動付費機也有兩輛車以相同手法，即是以一張付款停車票一同駛出停車場，因此懷疑是同一個非法集團同時偷走兩輛車。撞倒付費機欄杆他說，另外兩輛車順利通過停車場的欄杆，而吳志明的車相信是速度太慢，無法在欄杆降下前通過，因此硬闖欄杆。林立迎指出，有關廣場沒有對吳志明的信函給予回應，而他也協助致函該廣場的所屬集團，要求主動聯絡前者進行商討，無奈也同樣不獲任何回應。事主可向停車場業主索賠他說，雖然不少停車場都注明“泊車自行承擔風險”（Park at your own risk），但其實事主在法律上有權以疏忽下造成財物損失或意外，而向有關停車場業主提出索賠，不過只要業主能證明本身已做好一切所需設備，包括圍欄、燈光、保安等，其疏忽罪名便不成立。他也說，以吳志明的情況來看，成功申請索賠的幾率並不大。林立迎也指出，吳志明可申請保險賠償，除了賠償車價之余，也可申請一項失車而造成日常損失的賠償，每日需賠償30令吉，長達一個月。記者致電有關購物廣場針對此事件做回應，惟該廣場職員指負責人因忙於其他事務，暫時不便接聽電話，無法即時給予回應。;mini storage
