  中新網12月11日電 隨著智能手機飛入尋常百姓家,迷你倉一個看似簡單、顏色單調的正方形黑白圖案——二維碼在生活中越來越普及。據工信部透露,當前國內二維碼上下游相關產業規模已超2000億元,相比日本、美國等地區二維碼超過90%以上的高普及率,我國二維碼產業仍有較大增長空間。  一方面是充滿誘惑和前景的二維碼高產值、大市場,另一方面是還未跟上節奏的相關安全技術。近期因“掃一掃”而遭遇經濟財產損失的案件時有發生,互聯網綜合支付領域安全支付專家匯付寶一再提醒,在當前二維碼相關安全技術不夠穩定的情況下,見碼就盲目掃描對安卓手機極不安全。  二維碼鏈接藏吸費病毒  地鐵、公交,上網無聊時碰見購物優惠二維碼便掃掃已經成為不少“掃碼一族”的生活習慣。方便快捷,並且確實有很多商家正在使用二維碼做低價促銷或送出購物小禮物以吸引消費者。但也有不少虛假二維碼在其中魚目混珠,僅憑肉眼很難分辨出,將消費者陷入不安全的境地。  合肥市的宋女士是典型的“掃碼一族”,從最初掃麥當勞二維碼獲得免費飲料後就一直對各類二維碼樂此不疲,經常在一些網站和宣傳單上掃二維碼獲得優惠和商品的詳細信息。而11月初當她掃了一家網站所謂的“優惠二維碼”後,手機很快就死機黑屏了,等再開機便收到移動公司催交話費的短信通知。  宋女士很疑惑,手機話費之前還有30多元,怎麼突然就沒了?經到營業廳進行話費查詢,發現賬單中有好幾筆未知扣費。宋女士將手機拿到一家手機維修店內問詢,維修人員告訴她,因為亂掃二維碼,手機中了惡意吸費病毒,最好只好將整個手機的操作系統都重新安裝一下,否則還很可能繼續被扣費影響正常使用。  據匯付寶安全專家介紹,惡意吸費病毒是智能手機尤其安卓系統手機盛行以來一直困擾著廣大用戶的問題,而二維碼的推廣,為不法分子提供了新的發揮空間。除了難分辨的隱蔽性外,當前主流二維碼掃描迷你倉樂器具不具備對二維碼所指向網站安全性辨別的功能,只能依靠用戶自身提高警惕性,對提示下載不明插件、文件予以及時停止。  截短信用快捷支付盜錢  此前已有媒體報道,目前網上可以很隨意找到二維碼生成器,用戶在微博、微信可以生成自己的二維碼,企業可以找專門的二維碼公司製作自己需要的二維碼,而不法分子也可以將帶木馬病毒的鏈接制成二維碼並發佈出去。涉案金額比之前案例的數十、上百電話費高很多。  “雙十一”前後都是網購高峰期,張先生的家具旗艦店也一樣生意繁忙。幾天前有個客人稱想定制家具,並讓張先生掃描一個二維碼以獲取想要的家具圖片和尺寸。尋思最近確實流行掃二維碼,張先生沒多想就進行了掃描,掃描後雖然什麼都沒看見但也沒懷疑,還繼續和買家溝通。買家詢問了張先生姓名、身份證號、銀行卡、手機號等個人信息,謊稱晚上匯訂金時需要。而當晚上張先生登陸網銀查詢訂金是否到賬,卻發現銀行卡內少了好幾萬塊錢。  據調查分析,該所謂“買家”給予張先生的二維碼實際上是木馬病毒程序,可以攔截張先生的銀行短信。詐騙分子將攔截到的驗證碼在第三方支付平台進行了快捷上支付,直接消費掉了張先生銀行卡里的好幾萬元錢。  “這也是當前快捷支付平台中存在的一大弊端——手機短信驗證是目前安全度相對較高的方式,但如果受害人的手機或相關信息和賬號同時落入不法分子手里,就等於將自家房門大開任由不法分子隨意盜取”,安全領域支付專家匯元網相關負責人介紹。  中國反釣魚網站聯盟最新消息,截至10月25日,該聯盟當月已認定並處理釣魚網站6724個,最值得關注的是,不法分子傳播釣魚網站有向更具隱蔽性的二維碼平台進行轉移的動向。匯付寶安全專家提醒,由於二維碼本身不在傳統手機安全軟件可控制的範圍之內,用戶在未完全確定是安全二維碼時,不可因圖便捷便輕易去掃,手機直接關乎個人各項隱私信息,安全問題不可掉以輕心。迷你倉西貢

  不建議使用網絡搶票軟件PK用壟斷搞封鎖和屏蔽  12306網站與瀏覽器廠商之間鬥法升級,儲存昨日媒體報道稱,鐵科院客票系統監控中心副研究員王明哲表示,會根據網絡搶票軟件對系統產生影響的大小,進行相應的屏蔽處理措施,同時搶票插件對普通旅客個人信息、資金、交易等安全都會產生影響,不建議使用。  對此,昨日獵豹瀏覽器方面表示,這是在誤導用戶,完全沒有根據,希望通過市場化競爭,不斷提升各自的技術實力和用戶體驗,而不是用壟斷和權力搞封鎖、屏蔽。  在12306網站6日推出新版試運行後,多家瀏覽器廠商指出其中的漏洞和優化細節。對此,鐵科院方面表示,新版肯定有一些不足的地方,我們也虛心接受了反映漏洞的建議,並已經修復。  昨日記者登錄網站發現,此前一些瀏覽器廠商建議的優化細節並沒有完善,如新版在購票時才強制登錄、用戶必須手迷你倉輸入列表中存在的車次等等。  面對被屏蔽的風險,獵豹方面表示,且不說從技術上能否屏蔽成功,從12306的角度講,自我封閉並不會促進自己的進步,封閉和壟斷只會增加買票成本、降低效率。  新版12306添加了自動刷票功能,而該功能此前是搶票軟件才能提供。王明哲表示,在以往有些人會用刷票,有些人不會用,在這種情況下就會產生購票的不公平。  昨日,獵豹瀏覽器公司人士表示,沒有市場化瀏覽器們的競爭和追趕,就沒有12306的進步和改版,我們的技術團隊研究了12306的後台,發現前台和後台是兩張皮,表面看是一樣,但到底是真刷票還是假刷票,12306說是啥就是啥,公司隨後可能提供更詳細的資料。據瞭解,12306網站在選擇的車次或席別無票的情況下,系統會進入自動刷票模式,每隔5秒就自動刷新一次,反複進行,一旦有票可以自動提交訂單。self storage

南國早報記者 蒙曉喻 廖敏自新《旅遊法》出台,儲存旅遊市場便進入了不溫不火的平靜期。各大旅行社都在努力改變現狀,並設計出不少新項目、新產品去刺激消費者的旅遊需求。旅行社與銀行之間搞跨界合作,推出貸款旅遊、分期付款、按揭旅遊等業務,希望借此推動高端旅遊“火”起來。但事與願違,目前市場反應平平。旅遊非生活必需品,消費者能接受貸款去旅遊嗎?市場貸款旅遊服務悄然出現隨著市場的發展,近幾年市民的消費觀念轉變很大,越來越多人接受超前消費,如信用卡消費便是超前消費的最普遍方式。貸款買房、買車已經被大多數人接受,但是貸款去旅遊是否也能被認可呢?近日,南國早報記者走訪市場發現,南寧市不少知名旅行社都已推出了貸款旅遊、分期付款旅遊等產品。消費者可以先消費後還款,來提前享受旅遊樂趣。廣西康輝國旅出國出境中心總監蒙斯敏介紹,從今年年初開始,旅行社便與建設銀行合作,推出了分期付款旅遊。消費者可以通過與銀行簽訂分期付款合同,先旅遊後付款。這樣一來,一些上萬元的歐洲游等國際線路,對於一些年輕消費者來說,不再是壓力。南寧中國旅行社總經理黃洪流也表示,他們與中國銀行合作推出了分期付款旅遊,由旅行社來幫消費者支付利息和手續費,消費者等於無息享受分期付款。一些銀行也推出了旅遊貸款的業務。與裝修貸款、汽車貸款等大家比較熟悉的消費貸款一樣,旅遊貸款也提供了一個比較短的貸款期限,收取一定的利息,讓消費者提前消費,不再為“有時間卻沒有錢”而發愁。消費者借錢旅遊壓力大花明天的錢去旅遊,是不是真的像想象中那麼美呢?對此,一些申請過銀行旅遊貸款的人士看法不一。有人認為非常方便,但也有人感覺要支付一定的利息不夠劃算。今年9月份,南寧的于女士申請銀行旅遊貸款,成功獲批了10萬元。考慮到經費充足,于女士將原本只計劃去東南亞深度遊玩的行程改為去香港和歐洲,最後共花掉18萬元。“玩的時候非常盡興,但是回來之後,想到其中有10萬元的還貸壓力,又有些後悔了。”于女士說,這18萬元當中,有10萬元是用于購物消費的,也就是那筆消費貸款。由於銀行規定,消費貸款不能取現,也不能轉賬,只能刷卡使用,于女士沒辦法使用這筆錢來作為旅途中的現金消費。更重要的是,出門在外,遇到國際大牌打折的時候,還容易衝動消費,不知不覺就花多了不少錢。于女士說,這筆旅遊貸款,總共是一年期限,每月還息700 元左右,到期一次性還本金。算下來,有8%的年利息,也就是8000 元,“算一算,這筆利息都夠一次出游了,想起來讓人心疼。旅遊貸款看來還是要謹慎使用,千萬不要盲目地覺得先花未來錢完全沒壓力”。就職于一家廣告公司的董先生今年10月份也申請了旅遊貸款10萬元,去了一趟歐洲,他覺得旅遊貸款非常方便。“朋友提出自己組團游歐洲時,我手里的積蓄剛好借給親戚了,親戚約定是半年左右還錢。幸虧有旅遊貸款,否則我就要錯過了一次難忘的經歷。”董先生說,銀行的旅遊貸款可以提前還貸,等親戚還了迷你倉,他就提前還貸,這樣可以節省利息。業界旅行社支付利息 消費者不買賬 其實,南寧市場推出貸款旅遊已有差不多一年時間,但是市場反響並不熱烈。蒙斯敏說,從年初到現在,旅行社因為分期付款產品一直無人問津,因此至今都還沒定下貸款利息、分期細則等具體事項。黃洪流也說,許多消費者只要聽說旅行社代付利息,便要求旅行社乾脆把利息折現,直接降低團費,讓他們一次性付清更為劃算。因此,選擇分期付款的顧客也寥寥無幾。南國早報記者走訪銀行瞭解到,目前旅遊貸款並不是各家銀行都有,主要是少數商業銀行開設了這項業務。旅遊貸款一般都是“小額短期”,額度在10萬~15萬元左右,利率在參照基準利率的基礎上有一定比例上浮,還款期限為一年,通常是每月還息、到期還本方式。此外,視申請人情況,也有等額本金還款方式。由於旅遊貸款屬於信用貸款,並不需要向銀行抵押任何財物,但也要求貸款人提供相應的資產證明。蒙斯敏認為,中國人的消費觀念相對傳統,而旅遊又並非生活必需品,因此在沒有能力支付的時候,消費者通常不會選擇貸款消費。“沒有錢就在家呆著好了,大部分人會這樣想。”蒙斯敏說,辦理分期付款業務還有一些複雜的手續,比直接付款麻煩,許多消費者對此也不滿意。專家市場不缺消費力 缺乏好產品旅遊貸款並非人人適合。對此,銀行人士也談到,旅遊貸款是個人消費貸款中的一種,還貸期限比較短,因此具有一定的還貸壓力,個人應該充分考慮自己的經濟情況再做決定。中國銀行廣西區分行理財師鄧承毓說,特別是今年6月份市場出現資金流動性緊張之後,借貸利率也水漲船高,目前個人消費貸款的利率都要上浮15%~30%左右。利息相對高的客觀情況一定要充分考慮,比如有些人是因為手里的定期存款還沒到期,所以想申請貸款的,那就要對比一下,如果提前支取損失的利息比貸款利息更少,就沒有必要貸款。鄧承毓說,不少喜歡投資資本市場的人士,也喜歡申請貸款進行消費,這主要是考慮到投資賺取的收益能高于貸款利息。建議個人也要充分考慮清楚,如果是對投資回報有充分把握,支付一些利息先花未來錢 也不失為一種精明的理財方式。銀行人士提醒,旅遊貸款不能取現、轉賬,只能用于刷卡消費,貸款人要對這一情況充分考慮。廣西大學旅遊科學研究院常務副院長楊永德認為,旅遊市場上出現貸款旅遊這樣的新鮮事物,是一個好現象。證明旅行社已經開始轉變思想,朝著為消費者服務的方向發展,希望通過提供更多更細化的服務,來拉動消費。但是,這些服務只能是附加產品,最根本的還是要瞭解消費者的需要,推出實實在在優惠又實際的旅遊線路。“現在的市場並不缺乏消費力,相反許多消費者是持幣觀望中。他們有錢去旅遊,但是又擔心旅遊質量不高,花了錢玩得不愉快,因此還在猶豫”。楊永德說,貸款旅遊之所以受冷落,除了因為中國人消費觀念比較保守,也證明瞭消費者並不是因為缺錢而不去旅遊。只要旅行社真正沉下心去,想消費者所想,設計合理的路線、產品,自然會有消費者去報名。儲存倉

11/3廟宇遭破壞誰當負歷史罪名?吉中傌莫布秧谷標號11/3廟宇遭破壞事件爆發後,迷你倉將軍澳牽引一堆疑問;為何列入歷史遺址名單的古蹟,會被夷為平地?誰當負起這一歷史罪名?即使吉打大臣慕克力聲言,發展商願意重建作為行為上的賠償,不過,追根究底,疏忽源頭在哪?整個布殃谷歷史古蹟區,佔地140平方公里,史料記載有50餘廟宇遺址,1926年英國考古學家柯立芝威爾斯(H.G.Quaritch Wales)率先發掘,爾後大批豐富文物陸續登場。根據鍾錫金所著的《吉打2千年》,印度廟宇主要是為紀念已故統治者、貴族、僧侶而設。布秧谷廟宇建築模式,和“室利佛逝時代”出現在蘇門答臘的印度廟宇屬同一類型,考古學家以蘇島現存廟宇結構藍本,在傌莫峇都巴轄遺址重建。本報記者昨日重返“傌莫布秧谷考古博物院”,負責人表示2006年之前,當地所發現的遺址都歸博物院管理,之後就根據2005年古蹟條文,交給國家文化遺產局(JABATAN WARISAN NEGARA)監管。她指出,即使館內擁有11/3陵廟資料,不過,今日遭破壞,責任已不在博物館。考古隊:考古界大損失是政府一大教訓記者造訪理大雙溪峇都考古地段時,駐在現場不願具名的研究員表示,以不知情為由摧毀歷史遺址,對考古界而言是一大損失,對國家政府也是一大教訓,應引為借鏡。他說,考古學家幾經辛苦,慢慢還原古蹟,當中艱辛外人難理解。他也曾參觀遭破壞前的11/3廟宇遺址,對該古蹟單位的保護工作,甚至買賣土地之間,無人特別提醒感驚訝和無奈,認為這不是簡單的疏忽。網傳更多古蹟遭破壞網上流傳,“傌莫布秧谷考古博物院”範圍內的古蹟也遭破壞,該院負責人也對此闢謠,指館內文化仍獲良好保存。她說,網絡上針對這次古蹟遭破壞一事,流傳了許多照片和說法,包括以峇都巴轄古蹟照片為樣本,讓人誤以為館方所保護的文物和遺址也遭破壞,網民更因此轟炸。她指出,其實當年發掘了古廟後,都有標記以識別,被摧毀的古廟標號為11/3座。她表示,國家文化遺產局每個月都對遺址進行兩次巡視,在9月份進行第二次巡視時,經發現11/3座已被摧毀。她強調,國家文化遺產局有權追究,包括提控有關發展商,她重申,這已不是博物館的責任。導遊:無法引起遊客興趣布秧谷旅遊沒推廣東宇假期有限公司資深導遊林明諒(52歲)指出,即使當局對布秧谷一代歷史遺址有所注重,不過卻不曾深入推廣,導致當地旅遊業無法蓬勃發展。他說,當地除了豐富歷史淵源,也有紅樹林,也有早前大事發展的碼頭,並計劃開發為另一個前往浮羅交怡的碼頭。他也曾接獲公司指示,推出吉打一日遊配套,包括遊紅樹林、到鳳凰山觀看歷史遺址、到班茶吃海鮮等,曾以此配套向台灣及韓國遊客推廣,最終也無法成功引起關注。他認為,主要還是因為旅遊部有心要推動當地景點,卻因不夠深入而無法引起遊客興趣,讓許多遊客寧願選擇去浮羅交怡等地觀光。前大臣奧士曼遺憾被破壞遺址原為吉旅遊賣點布秧谷印度古文明陵墓,原是吉打州推動旅遊業的重點,如今卻變成夢魘。吉打前州務大臣丹斯里奧士曼阿洛夫對布秧谷遺跡被破壞感慨萬千。他表示,1993年,吉打州政府批准“吉打國際度假村計劃”時,布秧谷範圍是重點推動的古蹟區,是推動旅遊業的最大賣點。結果,上述計劃胎死腹中,過後私人發展商甚至可購下地段,為了建屋擅自破壞了一間古廟。他質疑為何州政府的土地,最後卻落入私人界手中?這是一個受爭議的課題,因為州政府否認把有關土地出售給任何發展商。Bandar Saujana有限公司代表聲稱,該公司在今年初向另一個發展商購買雙溪峇都8片土地,而新發展商則在清理有關土地以進行屋業計劃時,破壞了一間古廟。驚訝土地屬發展商奧士曼阿洛夫說,在他擔任吉大臣時期,“吉打國際度假村計劃”是州政府和外國Qatar公司聯營計劃,州政府擁有40%股份。當時州政府也徵用周圍約400公頃土地以進行這項計劃。他很驚訝於現在發現計劃中的部份土地,竟然屬於私人發展商。他指出迷你倉尖沙咀有關,“吉打國際度假村計劃”原本概括綠意森林公園、酒店及布秧谷古跡,形成一個有吸引力的旅遊配套。奧士曼是從1985至1996年出任吉大臣,接下來在1996至1999年出任吉大臣的丹斯里沙努西則表示,基於國家條例限制,他拒絕了有關外國公司和州政府進行“吉打國際度假村計劃”。他表示,有關公司代表曾和他開過一次會,過後就不再出現。吉打州前行政議員拿督阿米魯丁則說,在民聯執政吉打州期間,有關發展商揚言,若州政府不允許他們在該區進行屋業計劃,會起訴州政府,但是已故前大臣丹斯里阿茲然拒絕有關屋業計劃,因為有關計劃涉及興建逾千間屋子,而州政府覺得不需要外國公司來古蹟區興建屋子。理大教授:要拯救遺跡發展須文遺局批准理科大學環球考古研究中心主任莫哈末莫達教授強調,若要拯救興都廟宇遺跡地段,所有在布秧谷的發展計劃,都必須獲得國家文化遺產局的批准,以確保擁有考古地段的土地獲得保存。他對星洲日報說,所有人,尤其歷史遺跡附近的當地社會,都有責任保護地段,面對問題時都必須作出投報。針對布秧谷“興都11/3廟宇”遺跡遭破壞,理大位於雙溪峇都的考古地段是否受影響或威脅的問題,莫哈末莫達說,理大考古地段距離事發地點4公里外,基於考古研究仍在進行,因此有關地段24小時在看守中。他補充,考古地段是中央政府所屬。理大是於2009年開始在雙溪峇都的地段展開勘察活動,至今只發現了一個膜拜地段。“理大的確曾計劃為所有在布秧谷的廟宇進行複製,然後置放在雙溪峇都綜合中心,以成為古蹟觀光區。”鍾錫金:整理歷史勿停留甲王朝正視傌莫印度古文明吉打文史工作者鍾錫金指出,整理國家歷史的起源與發展,不應只停留在600年前的馬六甲王朝,而是進一步追溯到2千年前在吉打州傌莫的印度古文明,即位於日萊峰下的傌莫布秧谷區域。他說,傌莫海口是當時重要的國際海港,跟古代中國有密切的經貿及各種聯繫,布秧谷也是當時海上經貿中轉站。“國家元首兼吉打蘇丹端姑阿都哈林於1980年1月23日為傌莫布秧谷博物館主持開幕,政府應當珍惜這塊文明發源地,國家領袖若是正視歷史,應攜外國領袖到布秧谷走一回。”應資助研究著書他說,不論是之前有人硬闖國家皇宮要復辟狼牙修王朝的課題、或者2千年的印度古文明,都是我國歷史的一部份,絕不容任何人的怠慢與忽視。他認為,政府應撥款資助學術人員研究著書,教育部長或者相關政府機構主管,也不能忽視這一歷史。背景第11/3古跡興都廟宇至少1200年歷史這個坐落在傌莫雙溪峇都的興都廟宇,是1936至1937年之間被發現及挖掘,是以紅土、鵝卵石、河石、磚塊建成,內部結構有花崗岩。考古學家也在遺址周邊發現中國陶瓷碎片、鐵釘、西亞玻璃、金屬及青銅。這座廟宇廢墟也於1974年重建。根據推斷,這座廟宇建於9世紀,至今已有至少1200年歷史。編者的話考驗政府 正視歷史文史工作者列舉多項考古實證,推舉吉打為擁有2千年文明古國的歷史寶庫。不過,除了一座由國家元首端姑阿都哈林於1980年1月23日主持開幕,位於吉打州傌莫的“布秧谷歷史博物館”,以及保存較完整的印度古王朝歷史遺址外,這個文明還留下了甚麼?沒有大面積如吳哥窟和完整歷史記載如秦始皇陵,布秧谷的興都古廟或陵墓,影響力也只局限小區域,包括未能獲當政者和世界歷史學家重視,最多也只能佔據我國歷史一個小環節。教科書有記載國父東姑阿都拉曼率領各族領袖爭取馬來亞獨立的建國史、600年前拜里米蘇拉建立馬六甲王朝、伊斯蘭王朝之外,迄今似無意把我國歷史起源拉前到擁有千年歷史的布秧谷。缺重點宣傳,失具體意義,儘管高喊“吉州2千年”,談到布秧谷,不只國外遊客很陌生,國內遊客也沒啥興趣。這一次歷史遺址遭破壞事件,也是一個契機,考驗中央政府、吉州政府去正視歷史,尤其是已消失的文明或者王朝所遺留下來的文物、遺跡,順此提醒各方;勿因個人與宗教偏見,或者人為忽視,埋葬了古文明瑰寶。【本篇內容已在2013-12-09更新。】;mini storage
