報道24歲慈溪女孩根據網上提供的逃票攻略，迷你倉試圖穿行西藏墨脫，不幸失蹤，至今仍杳無音訊，這一消息引發不少網友的關注。記者調查發現，網絡上的景區逃票攻略五花八門，從名山大川到人文景點，包羅萬象，但不少攻略都要求遊客繞行人煙稀少處，容易走失迷路，存在一定危險性。專家提醒，遊客如果因為逃票發生人身傷害事故，旅遊保險無法進行賠償，事後維權會遇到很大困難。想要“窮游”的驢友，可在旅遊網站團購景區門票，價格最低為門市零售價的五折。【事件回放】浙江女孩墨脫逃票失蹤25天最近，一條“慈溪女孩小許騎行川藏線時，在前往墨脫途中失蹤了”的消息，在驢友圈內傳開。據最先發出微博的網友“蘆逸小鋪”介紹，“小許，女，24歲，寧波慈溪人，身高160cm，戴眼鏡。騎行318川藏線，最後聯繫日期8月17日，求擴散。 ”據瞭解，小許今年7月14日帶2000元錢從家里出發，沿著四川盆地一路向西，到瀘定翻越二郎山、新都橋翻折多山，在西藏波密境內，身上兩部手機的其中一部被汽車軋壞。到八一鎮時，小許準備徒步去墨脫，當時她兜里只剩下200元錢了。 8月17日，她跟兩個男生結伴徒步，在網上選擇了一條逃票路線。進了松林口後，三人就失去了聯繫。直到9月3日，有消息傳來，當時一起去墨脫的一名男同伴劉某已走出大山，帶來了小許和另一名男同伴小田的消息。原來三人在派鎮逃票時迷了路，後來在尋路過程中，三人走散了。近日，小許的遭遇經媒體報道後，引起各方關注。西藏林芝地區公安及群�累計200多人參與搜救。 9月10日，一支搜救小分隊在山谷中發現食物包裝等生活垃圾。經辨認，很有可能是小許與小田遺留下來的。但截至昨晚，小許與小田依舊下落不明，失蹤時間已超過25天。驢友：景區逃票現在想想很危險背包客：為省80元錢挖坑鑽籬笆28歲的馬小姐是滬上一名資深背包客，曾數次隻身赴藏，也曾在不少景區有過逃票經歷。“印象最深的一次是2006年，我還在讀大學，一個人跑去西部窮游，為了逃一張80元的門票，在遠離正門的沙地里，徒手刨了一個坑，俯身鑽過了高高的籬笆圍欄。 ”馬小姐說，潛入景區後，她一路都挑偏僻路線走，就怕遇到巡查的管理員，雖然最後精疲力盡，但感覺很刺激，好像自己是電影里的“肖申克”一樣。“此後，我又在一些開放式景區逃過門票，如黑龍江漠河北極村，我趁著夜色跳上了當地村民的一輛貨車，進村時匍匐在座位下方，躲過了門衛的檢查。 ”如今，回想起那些逃票經歷，生活閱歷日漸豐富的她，開始有所反思，“像刨坑鑽籬笆那次，周圍沒有其他人，如果發生意外，如籬笆倒了、陷入流沙了，可能就叫天天不應叫地地不靈了。”“菜驢”：逃票不成反而錯過景點“菜鳥級”驢友小莊很少逃票，但在敦煌鳴沙山經其他驢友 “鼓動”，嘗了一回鮮。小莊回憶，當時一名驢友建議，從景區大門右邊的小路直行，經過駱駝飼養地後，能看到柵欄處有個洞，可鑽洞進入景區。當天下午4點多，小莊抱著試一試的心態來到鳴沙山。“沿大門走了沒多久，就看到一名管理員，提示我們不能再往前了，所以只能佯裝往回走，趁他不注意，岔進了右邊的一條小路。十幾分鐘後，果然看到了駱駝養殖地，但此後一直走了半個多小時，也沒發現柵欄上有洞，攻略上說的柵欄破損處，早被景區管理方修好了。最後我不得不原路返回，等回到大門口，太陽都快落山了，售票處也已關了門。 ”這次失敗的逃票經歷，讓小莊很懊惱，逃票不成，還浪費了時間和體力。 “第二天我去了莫高窟，下午就離開敦煌了，至今都沒登上鳴沙山這個地標式景點，讓我的敦煌之旅留下了很大的遺憾。 ”遊客：為什麼要冒險逃票■門票太貴國內景區門票貴，幾乎已成共識。一些知名景點，如三山五嶽、四大佛教名山，門票價格都在100元以上，部分甚至超過了200元。一些原本票價親民的景區，評上世界文化遺產後，門票價格也開始水漲船高，幾乎每隔一兩年就要上調幾十元。而四川九寨溝門票220元，不允許在溝內過夜，遊客第二天前往，還得再付220元。讓很多遊客詬病的，還有“大門票套小門票”，如峨眉山、金山門票185元，如果要去萬年寺、報國寺、大佛禪院，還要另外買票。北京故宮門票雖然常年穩定在60元，但珍寶館和鐘錶館也需另行購票。■山寨景點坑人不少遊客反映，其在國內一些景區遊玩時，遇到了山寨景點，或被當地村民收取了“買路錢”。如上文中提及的資深背包客馬小姐，在廣西桂北遊玩梯田和侗寨時，在必經之地的路口，遭遇了一伙當地村民，被強行收取了50元“門票”。 “說是門票，其實只是一張私印的收據，上面沒有發票章，不能作為報銷憑證。更可笑的是，我遊玩的是梯田，門票上卻寫著某某河漂流，實際上，我一路上根本不會經過那條河，實在是莫名其妙。 ”遊客呂小姐也在江蘇某景區遇到過類似情況，她從公交車站下來後，看到了一個所謂的景區大門，付了30元門票，進入一看，都是人工景點，遊客必須把內容全部看完，才能找到上山的道路。 “到山頂後，發現還要買一次門票。寺廟管理員說，山下那個人工景點是當地政府建造的，為吸引遊客，還特意把公交車站改到了景區邊上。而真正的山門，在另一側，離公交車站有1.5公里遠，不是當地人，很容易把人工景點當成上山的正門。 ”第二次再去該景區時，呂小姐就避開了山腳下的人工景點，和當地人一起，抄小路上了山。■窮游追求刺激如今，窮游一族越來越多，在景區能否成功逃票，也成為他們的一項樂趣。滬上一家窮游論壇的版主秦小姐說，幾乎每周都有驢友會在論壇上曬自己的旅遊路線和花銷，那些只花幾百元就能在外地景區玩上五六天的“大牛”，是其他驢友的崇拜對象。 “網友會相互交流，有人上傳一條逃票路線後，立馬會有人跟進，分析該方法的可行性，並提出修正意見。 ”秦小姐坦言，大部分窮游一族都有工作，有些人收入還不低，逃票只是為了尋求一種刺激。“也有些驢友，一開始挺熱衷于逃票，後來覺得這種行為有點無聊，可能不同年齡段和心境，對逃票這件事，也會有不同的看法吧。 ”【景區應對】泰山天燭峰景區：罰款、設檢查站、建隔離網對於遊客的逃票行為，景區方面如何有效監管呢？泰山景區的三項措施或許值得借鑒。今年初至7月底，泰山景區已經攔截違規進山遊客10400名，天燭峰管理區是泰山逃票人數最多的區域，該區域負責人左先生在接受晚報記者採訪時表示：“過去十年來，泰山景區的逃票情況十分嚴重，雖然這幾年查得緊了，但檢查人員還是查堵了不少逃票上山的遊客，防不勝防。 ”據左先生介紹，為了防止遊客違規進山，景區管理方已經推出了三大管理措施，通過增設景區檢查站、建立全封閉式的防火隔離網以及加強執法力度，向逃票者收取百元以上罰款，對“逃票客”形成約束。 “天燭峰是逃票情況發生比較多的景點，我們從南到北20公里，就設置了14個檢查站和工作隊，進行查票。 ”盡管景區管理方對於逃票者嚴防死守，但山嶽型景區仍難做到完全封閉，防火通道、護林工人的通路等給了許多驢友可乘之機。左先生告訴記者：“不少遊客還會在夜間逃票，我們值班人員經常會在半夜接到110轉過來的電話，說是哪個遊客又在哪個位置被困住了，要值班人員連夜前去救援。 ”左先生坦言，“這些受困遊客很多人都沒有買門票，為了避開管理員，選擇抄小路上山，進山後卻迷了路，等找到他們時，很多人都已凍得不行了。 ”他介紹，遊客如果按正規途徑購票上山，景區內每隔一段路，就會設置路燈和指示牌，即便在夜間行走，也不會發生意外；而景區外的山路，則少有路燈，夜間行走很容易迷路，存在一定的危險性。朱家角景區：古鎮免費開放後回頭客增加為了規避逃票問題的發生，讓更多市民體驗景區文化，上海的朱家角旅遊景區2008年開始即實行了全開放式的景區管理模式，不收景區門票，但遊客如果想參觀景區內的課植園、大清郵局、人文藝術館等景點，則須另行購票，目前儲存景區有30、60、80元不等的聯票銷售。“2008年，朱家角景區向市民完全開放，此前，景區門票是10元錢，是景點的主要收入組成。 ”相關負責人告訴記者，原先選擇購買小景點聯票的遊客並不多，但景區完全開放以後，這部分遊客增加了，一些自由行遊客也更願意購買小景點聯票了。該負責人坦言，隨著景區的完全開放，第二次、第三次到朱家角的遊客人數也較之前增加了許多，“有些人第一次來朱家角會購買80元錢的聯票，遊覽景區內所有的九個景點以及參與遊船活動，但第二、第三次來可能只是購買個別景點門票，或者不買票，看看小橋流水的風景，買些土特產回去，拉動了景區內商舖的生意。 ”據透露，朱家角景區開放後，客流較之前增加了兩成以上，另由於政府進行了相關補貼，因此總收入較此前未有明顯變化。【記者調查】網絡逃票攻略不一定靠譜眼下中秋、國慶假期臨近，不少旅遊論壇上都出現了 “逃票攻略”，名山大川、沙灘海灣、江南古鎮、歷史遺跡等各式景點均有涉及，黃山、張家界、玉龍雪山、布達拉宮、蘇州園林等著名風景區無所不包。記者注意到，網友們提供的逃票方法大致可分為如下幾種：小路翻山進園、當地人帶路、起早貪黑搶時差、喬裝打扮混入門，基本都是鑽管理漏洞。一看地圖、二問當地人、三探地形、四混人群是網友們總結出的逃票四大要訣。以逃票“重災區”泰山為例，網上提供的攻略中有七八條根據進山方位劃分的逃票線路，“不要走正道”、“翻過幾個山頭”、“不進景區售票處，向後方小村莊走”等成了多條線路的關鍵詞，更有細心網友根據對驢友的體力要求、沿途風景等對逃票線路劃分等級，劃分了適合初級旅遊、中級旅遊以及資深驢友的不同線路，但有些逃票線路也被注明“鮮為外界所知，沒有任何人工開發痕跡，適合探險游、獵奇游等”，存在一定的安全隱患。喬裝打扮亦是不少驢友慣用的逃票招數，有帖子稱：“傍晚七點的時候，大昭寺會對當地藏民開放，供他們進去朝佛。只要你穿著裝扮稍微隨意一點，不要衝鋒衣褲、背包、相機等等全副披掛在外，隨藏民一起排隊基本可以混進去。 ”此外，“在景區邊找當地人帶路”、“晚點進去，管理員在睡覺，容易混”等同樣是慣用招數。不過，對於此類逃票攻略，不少網友表示“不靠譜”，網上攻略提示，桂林象鼻山的逃票方法：“進口外左側順著公路走50米，跳下2米的河堤寶坎 （河堤下全是枯樹葉）就到景區了。 ”但網友“youyou”卻表示他上個月去時，明明枯枝上方都是鐵絲網，不可能逃票。而網友“霍爾”則直接指出網絡攻略滯後，與實際出入較大：“甪直、中山陵現在已經不要門票了，松贊林寺也早漲價了。 ”【專家看法】華東師大旅遊學系主任楊勇：景區可用警示標誌“勸退”逃票者作為一名遊客，應遵守景區安全規定，儘量不要逃票。因為遊客逃票進入景區，大多會選擇人煙稀少的地方繞路而行，一旦沿途發生危險，救援人員定位、施救都會遇到麻煩，遇險遊客難以及時得到救助。對於景區的經營方而言，制定多元化的門票價格體系是很必要的，目前國內景區逃票現象較多，很大一個原因就是門票太貴了，景區至少應對學生、老年人、現役軍人、殘疾人等群體給予優惠票價，滿足不同層次的遊玩需求。此外，景區管理方也應提高責任意識，遊客若因逃票遇險，不代表景區就可免除責任。負責任的景區，應在所有可能會發生險情的地點都設立警示標誌，哪怕不是在常規行進線路上，也應該做好提醒工作，這樣一些逃票進入的遊客，看到危險警示後，也可能會知難而退，減少事故的發生。當然，當逃票遊客較多，影響到景區正常經營的情況下，景區也應加大監察力度，對逃票遊客給予必要的處罰。如今一些旅遊論壇為吸引人氣，均默許網友發佈逃票攻略，我認為這種趨勢不值得提倡。自媒體，雖然是向公�開放的，但也應起到正確的輿論導向作用，希望相關版主可以把好關，避免論壇淪為遊客交流逃票經驗的陣地。春秋旅行社三亞自由行主管俞博：逃票遇險，旅遊保險無法賠償 遊客遵守景區規章，也是個人素質的一種體現。作為一名旅遊從業人員，他不建議遊客逃票進入景區，因為一些帶有高山和峽谷的景區，地勢都比較險要，遊客逃票進入，很可能會因為迷路遇到危險。目前，正規旅行社在銷售自由行產品時，都會在合同文本上做好安全提醒，告知旅客哪些行為是危險的，得不到安全保障的。另外，遊客如果因為逃票發生人身傷害事故，旅遊保險無法進行賠償，事後維權會遇到很大困難。可能有不少遊客會覺得，國內很多景區的門票太高了。其實，目前像春秋等旅行網站，已開設有景區門票團購或代售服務，價格最低只有門市零售票價的5折左右。另外，選擇一些旅行社開設的當地一日游產品，也可以涵蓋交通與景區門票，費用比單獨購買要便宜得多。中國科學探險協會秘書長王維：逃票入景區存在一定安全隱患一些逃票的驢友可能本身戶外經驗不足，在出游前沒有做足安全方面的準備，在逃票過程中，萬一發生意外，管理人員很難及時實施救援，可能會耽誤最佳救援時間，而驢友本人也可能驚慌失措，釀成大禍。雖然現在有些景區確實存在收費不合理的情況，而驢友的經濟狀況又可能不允許他們去那麼多景區，但仍然不提倡逃票的方式，可選擇網上團購門票或其他方式，應在遵守政府規定的前提下，縮減成本。此外，驢友在出發前要提前做功課，充分瞭解當地情況，同時應量力而行，讓家人知道自己的去處，萬一出什麼事，可以及時通知，此外，結伴而行也非常重要，多一點人出游，互相也能有個照應。【記者手記】逃票逃掉的可能是生的希望近期，上海的地鐵和鐵路機構正在開展嚴抓逃票整頓活動，被查獲逃票的乘客，將被要求繳納罰款，並納入個人誠信體系，今後買房時，可能無法從銀行得到貸款。相比之下，景區的逃票，社會的關注度就小很多，認為那不就是有一些窮學生，出門遊玩想少付點錢嘛，但實際上，景區逃票與乘車逃票相比，對社會的危害程度要大得多。2010年，複旦大學10多名在校生與校友自發組成旅遊團，在黃山登山探險時迷路，被困懸崖邊，後經當地警方解救成功脫險，參與救援的民警張寧海，卻在途中不幸犧牲。事後，有網友爆料，這些驢友正是為了逃票，沒有走常規線路，致使團隊遭遇險情。不久前，浙江慈溪女孩在西藏墨脫失蹤，20多天來音訊全無，也在國內驢友圈引起了不小的震動。據悉，目前不少景區在對待逃票遊客時，除了收取高額罰款外，當地警方還會對逃票者或協助組織他人逃票者予以拘留5天的行政處罰，原因就在於，逃票遊玩，可能會把自己陷入險地，最後不得不動用大量社會資源前來救助。有社會學者也憤慨地表示：“因為你一個貪小的念頭，到頭來，幾十個人，上百個人都要為你忙活，全國上億網民都要為你揪心，實在自私得有些過分！所以，景區逃票，必須嚴抓不怠。一些靠羅列逃票攻略吸引人氣的旅遊論壇，也應該盡早扭轉觀點，改變態度，讓廣大網友都意識到逃票的危害性，因為逃票，逃掉的不僅是一張門票，還有可能是一條鮮活的生命，以及一戶家庭幸福美滿的生活。【相關鏈接】國內“天價”景區張家界
