——國防科技大學光電科學與工程學院成果轉化透視本報記者 曹紅豔國防科技大學光電科學與工程學院光電信息系的教員在實驗室里研究光纖信息技術。馬金銘攝廣泛應用于國民經濟和國防建設各行各業的光電技術，儲存其創新發展離不開應用的驅動。光電技術在國防現代化建設的關鍵環節取得突破，並以軍民融合的方式帶動了相關民用產業的發展，進而為我國光電產業的整體提升注入了強勁動力。2013年全國光學大會上，來自全國各地的光學技術與工程界專家、學者與企業界人士匯聚國防科技大學光電科學與工程學院，深入交流探討我國光電領域創新的發展前景。中科院院士、我國光學學會理事長周炳琨說，在國防科大舉行光學大會是推動光電技術軍民融合創新發展的新契機。記者在採訪中發現，以光電技術在國防現代化中的重要作用為牽引，國防科技大學不僅在國防現代化建設的關鍵技術攻關研究等方面不斷獲得突破，同時通過軍民融合的路徑帶動了整個產業的創新發展。產業化帶動激光陀螺是衡量一個國家光學技術發展水平的重要標誌之一。在航海方面，作為導航儀器，激光陀螺導航系統是當今美國海軍水面艦船和潛艇的標準設備。此外，目前大多數發達國家的軍用和民用飛機也都採用了激光陀螺慣導系統。我國長征系列運載火箭的出色表現，更是離不開激光陀螺的貢獻。國防科技大學從1971年開始激光陀螺的研究工作，以高伯龍院士為首的老一輩激光陀螺研究團隊成員克服重重困難，經過長期的艱辛探索，奠定了激光陀螺的研究基礎並取得突破。經過兩代人40餘年的努力，目前已經構建了具有獨立知識產權的高水平激光陀螺全閉環研發體系，研發與應用水平達到了國際先進、國內領先水平。從1999年開始，國防科技大學光電科學與工程學院先後向中國航天科工集團和中國航天科技集團下屬研究院轉讓了某型激光陀螺生產線技術，激光陀螺研究所張斌教授告訴記者，獲得轉讓生產線的企業，技術工人全部經過國防科大半年以上的培訓。在生產過程中，隨著生產規模的擴大，生產配套企業的光學加工水平不斷得到改進、提高，逐漸成長為這一市場極富競爭力的企業。合作帶來了雙贏。張斌說，雖然某型激光陀螺工程樣機早就研製成功，但隨後幾年的產品研發與實驗性應用經歷卻暴露了產品在工程應用中的許多隱患與不足。在生產線的建設過程中和小批量試生產階段，課題組及時根據用戶使用結果對陀螺相關設計與工藝進行修訂，從而確保了激光陀螺應用上的可靠性。湖南華天光電慣導技術有限公司也是國防科技大學與湖南華天股份有限公司合作成立的高新技術企業，其主營業務為激光陀螺的生產與服務。“這是真正的高新技術產業。不但是國家科技領域的一面旗幟，而且關係到我們國家國防安全事業，責任重大。”一位領導同志到這家公司視察後講到，“這些事情說實話、說到底，靠不了別人，只有靠我們自己！”工程化拓展“我們一直從事光纖信息技術這方面的研究，持續幾十年研發光纖信息技術在軍事領域中的應用。”光電信息系主任楊華勇說，過去搞科研，基本上是白手起家，從很小的元器件到加工設備、海上試驗等等都是自己做。隨著技術的發展，出現了新問題：技術轉化為產品後，其可靠性問題怎麼解決？產品的批量生產需要相應的產業化條件，這些都不是實驗室的強項。隨著光纖傳感技術的研發進入產品應用階段、工程應用階段，楊華勇他們遇到了中國電子信息產業集團下屬某公司。這家公司具有很強的市場拓展能力，更重要的是，它同時具有大批量的生產能力及產業工人。“技術發展到要大規模應用時，我們必須要走軍民融合的路子。”楊華勇說。從2006年開始，國防科技大學光電科學與工程學院與中國電子信息產業集團下屬公司開展產學研合作。2008年，兩家聯合開展光纖傳感技術工程實驗室項目建設。2009年，兩mini storage又開展了戰略性的合作，楊華勇他們把光纖傳感在軍用與民用的技術都放到這家公司進行工程化。該公司經過審慎判斷，決定把光纖信息技術確立為其“十二五”的戰略性新領域，並投入資金建設工程平台、培養隊伍。2011年12月，國家發改委同意該公司和國防科學技術大學共同建設複雜環境光纖信息技術國家地方聯合工程實驗室。據介紹，光纖信息技術的市場是十分廣闊的，僅以光纖水聽器為例，它是海洋石油勘探和海洋地質調查的先進探測手段。對於楊華勇他們來說，軍地合作讓他們將目光從光纖信息技術的軍用拓展到民用領域。依托合作，他們先後開展了對大慶油田的勘探、廣東汕頭海區的淺地層勘探等，建立起的產業平台更為國防科技大學的人才培養提供了很好的實踐平台。軍地聯合工程實驗室組建以來，雙方已經建設了一支技術和管理水平過硬的工程化隊伍，建立了全新的工程化平台，完成了光纖陀螺、光纖水聽器系統多個產品的工程技術攻關和產業化工作。目前，雙方正在緊密結合國家海洋信息安全的迫切需求，建設光纖傳感技術產業平台，突破光纖傳感技術裝備和產業關鍵技術。協同化創新“光纖激光是激光技術研究的前沿課題。”高能激光技術研究所研究員侯靜介紹說，光纖激光器在光通訊、激光加工、激光醫學、生物技術等領域具有廣闊的應用前景。近年來，我國大功率光纖激光水平不斷得到提升，但整體水平和可持續發展能力與世界先進水平仍有明顯差距。光纖激光代表著高能激光的發展方向，國內很多單位紛紛將目光聚焦于此，開展了不同規模、不同程度的研發工作，但存在設備和人員重複投入的情況。國防科技大學光電科學與工程學院意識到這一問題後，提議成立一個協同創新中心，以實現科研、人力、設備的共享。這個提議立即得到了多方響應。近年來，國防科技大學先後研製成功“千瓦級光纖激光相干合成試驗系統”和“高平均功率近紅外全光纖超連續譜光源”等，主要技術指標達到國際先進水平，部分指標處於國際領先水平。清華大學精密儀器與機械學系、中國科學院上海光學精密機械研究所分別在各自領域取得過優秀成果。今年4月12日，由這3家組成的我國首個大功率光纖激光協同創新中心在湖南長沙成立。協同創新中心將通過建立技術聯盟、共享儀器設備、聯合培養人才、互聘研究骨幹等形式,圍繞突破光纖激光核心關鍵技術開展軍民融合協同創新,目標是共同研製開發具有世界先進水平的光纖激光器。侯靜介紹說，目前協同中心運轉順利，已經召開了兩次會議，對各自承擔的任務進行了分工，並共同制訂了至2020年的發展規劃。業內人士認為，此舉必將對改變我國高功率光纖激光器依賴進口、核心技術和知識產權受制于國外的狀況,促進我國光纖激光技術水平的整體提升和可持續發展產生積極影響。延伸閱讀“我國的光學研究目前總體上已達到世界先進水平，在某些領域的應用研究已經和發達國家處於同一起跑線上。”中國科學院院士、中國光學學會理事長周炳琨在接受記者採訪時講到，我國光學研究與國外先進水平的差距主要體現在某些民用應用領域，例如，分辨率極高的照相機、CCD探測器件等。周炳琨介紹說，目前我國在激光顯示、納米光子器件、量子信息技術等方面已經實現了不小的突破，估計下一步會在大功率激光器領域、量子保密通訊及其他一些新型光電領域有所成就。“今後，我國的光學研究將繼續以應用驅動創新發展，繼續提高自主創新能力，讓光學為國防和經濟建設服務。”周炳琨談到，比如說，大功率激光器，不僅需要功率大，還要效率高、輕便等。周炳琨說，另外，航天領域需要高精密的照相機，在這方面也有很多事情要做。再有就是通信領域，現在光纖容量雖然很大但仍然不夠，將來遠程醫療、遠程教育等都依賴光纖傳輸，這就要求我們的傳輸速率今後比現在至少要提高100倍。self storage

But I should have taken my cue from the title: Waiting: A Decade of Life in Grand Prix Pit Lane. Richard Kelley spent more than a decade photographing some of the most legendary drivers during the golden era of the motor sport. While other photographers positioned in lane corners eagerly anticipated action shots, perhaps even spectacular accidents, Kelley preferred to "shoot from the pit stop, to capture the humanity behind the race." The idea of "waiting" seems out of place - especially when F1 is supposed to be all about speed. Kelley, though, believes the reason that these drivers are so fast is all those moments of waiting. "These are the times when the drivers have the time to reflect upon and take everything that they have seen, smelled and felt during the test-runs to apply to the changes they made to the car. When they are waiting is when they are most involved with what they were doing, other than racing." Then a 19-year-old freshman photojournalism student, he picked up a copy of Road & Track in 1972 and was intrigued by F1 team owner Rob Walker's account of the 1970 British Grand Prix. "I knew that I had to be a part of that life; whatever it took." As a stringer for the Associated Press, he had his first F1 experience near New York at the United States Grand Prix at Watkins Glen on October 6, 1972. Entering the pit lane, it took him a few minutes to get his heart to stop racing. He had walked into "heaven." "That's where I found my soul and everything that made me who I am," he says. Back then, automotive racing was far more dangerous than it is today. "Drivers had an 85 percent chance of dying in a crash,'' he says - but they continued to go on the track. "Frankly, these people live a different life than everybody else. When they get into a car, they figuratively have one foot in the grave." It was this great passion and commitment that kept Kelley hooked. Most of the time, he would sit at the pit stop and be a fly on the wall. During practice sessions, the cars would come in and drivers would stop and have discussions in the open with their team managers and engineers about the performance of the car. Kelley would hold up his camera and capture the subtle emotions of these drivers, but he would never join in their 迷你倉最平onversations. He was there when Enzo Ferrari personally signed Gilles Villeneuve to an F1 contract. He captured the moment when Niki Lauda congratulated James Hunt for having just won the 1977 US Grand Prix driving for McLaren. He recorded the scene when Alain Prost scowled as he recalled his disappointing practice session for the 1982 Detroit Grand Prix. However, there were hard times too, times he wishes he could forget, because somebody he knew was "lost." In the 12 years he was documenting Formula One, 18 drivers lost their lives. "It got to a point where I didn't want to do this any more because I got tired of seeing these wonderful men lost. You get close to them when you sit there with your lenses focusing on somebody's face for 15 to 20 minutes. You begin to get to know their personality." One of the most compelling portraits is that of French driver Francois Cevert two minutes before he died during the 1973 Watkins Glen qualifying session.Cevert is seen lost in thought as his team designers discuss possible suspension adjustments. This portrait has haunted Kelley all his life - and these are the sad moments that he never got used to witnessing. Today, shooting an F1 Grand Prix is much more difficult, as the organizers mostly only grant photographic passes to accredited journalists. Even if you try to take a shot with a long lens - with the teams all helmeted and very cautious about their surroundings and conversations exchanged over hidden microphones - it is almost impossible to get the kind of portraits Kelley captured over the years. Kelley himself is no stranger to burning rubber. From 1978 to 1992, he had a racing career. His own experiences on the racetrack also helped as he understood more about what was actually happening. If he saw something, he would immediately know what events would follow and prepare better for the next photo opportunity. "Because once you've breathed it, once you understand the dynamics, it is the strongest drug in the entire world. It is intoxicating," he says. "You would really want to experience that kind of passion, commitment and exhilaration. It is not only about the speed, but the challenge. It is what you have within you that you are willing to put on the line and see if you can make something happen."
