Source: Chicago TribuneJan.迷你倉 24--Update: The reported child-luring was a 'misunderstanding,' according to Plainfield Community Consolidated School District 202 officials.Romeoville police are asking for the public's help in locating a man who allegedly tried to lure a 5-year-old into his vehicle Wednesday afternoon.A 5-year-old girl got off a school bus just after 4 p.m. Wednesday near Tammany and Tuscany lanes, Assistant Police Chief Steve Lucchesi said.The girl was approached by a man standing by a vehicle who said he could drive her home.The girl's sister saw her talking with the man and shepherded her away, Lucchesi said.A parent was alerted and called police, he said.The man is de自存倉cribed as in his 40s, about 5-foot-8 with brown hair and brown eyes, according to Plainfield Community Consolidated School District 202 officials.He was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and gray pants and returned to a small blue car after the incident.Lucchesi said the kids handled the situation well."Keep on walking," he said of what kids should do if approached in such a way. "If you have to, run.
