Vision解視覺、視力。A 20-20 vision就解完全正常的視力。  Tunnel vision是管狀視,即視力受損而只能直視前方的物體:"vision in which the visual field is severely constricted, as from within a tunnel looking out"。  Tunnel vision也解an extremely narrow point of view; narrow-mindedness, the tendency to only think about one part of something such as a problem or plan, instead of considering all the parts of it,即狹隘的眼光;一孔之見、井蛙之見。眼疲勞視�模糊  這不是視力而是目光的問題,「治療」方法是擴闊眼界,凡事多聽、多接受不同意見。但遇上computer vision syndrome就要留意。這是愈來愈普遍的眼部問題。一名眼科醫生描述它的症狀:  Every day I have patients coming into my office suffering from headache, eye strain(眼睛疲勞) and blurred vision(視�模糊) that comes and goes.迷你倉旺角 They have gone their whole life without glasses, but now, by the end of the day, they can't seem to hold their focus.  顧名思義,computer vision syndrome或CVS是與使用電腦有關,是長時間看�電腦熒光幕後出現的vision problem and ocular discomfort(視力問題和眼部不適)。現在很多人每天工作時都須用電腦六小時或以上。這樣需要眼睛長時間近距離的對焦,令眼球肌肉勞損。  長mini storage間用電腦是CVS的主要成因,但也有其他因素會令問題加劇︰  Having a small uncorrected eye glasses prescription can cause difficulty focusing at the computer, even though it may go unnoticed when looking into the distance.  眼鏡度數的些微不準確,看遠處時沒問題,但看電腦熒光幕就很難對焦;這個問題很多人都留意不到。此外,還有︰  Also poor eye coordination abilities, the aging eye, and improper viewing distance can all result in eye strain.  (眼部協調力低、眼睛老化、看東西時距離不對也是造成眼睛勞損的原因。)20-20-20紓緩法  要減輕CVS的問題,最簡單就是採用20-20-20的方法。這就是:"every 20 minutes we should take 20 seconds to look away from the computer and give our eyes 20 good blinks"。  每二十分鐘就要暫停看熒光幕,花二十秒刻意的眨眼二十下。也有醫生建議花二十秒讓眼睛看最少二十呎以外的景物。這樣就可讓繃緊的眼部肌肉有機會鬆弛一下。  醫生並警告,不要不理CVS的問題︰  If CVS is left untreated(不治療), it can lead to the distance vision becoming blurred as well.  在資訊科技世代生活不能不留意眼睛的健康,視力專家Kevin D.
