The single-engine plane's operator told air-traffic controllers that the plane was experiencing problems, and then it was never heard from again, the television station reported.A LinkedIn website profile indicates the Williams owned Williams Construction. The company, which has single locations in Pryor and Tulsa, provides industrial and heavy construction maintenance for major manufacturing industries.Federal Aviation Administration records show that the plane is registered to Airmart Aircraft Holdings Inc. of Kernersville, N.C.
