They show the stunt performer at various stages in his career."I picked photos from when he first started his career up until his prime," said Kelly Knievel, the daredevil's first-born who lives in Las Vegas.He wants children -- who are too young to witness Evel Knievel -- to see what his father looked like and be inspired. Kelly Knievel says he's not surprised that his father is still as popular today as he was when he was performing his death-defying stunts."It's the intensity of his character and what he did -- there's something lasting about that," he said.Evel Knievel's drive and creativity were at the core of his imagination, his son said. He noted that his father's stunts didn't last any more than 15 minutes, yet he was able to captivate audiences with his magnetic personality."What he did was real, there was nothing fake about it," Kelly Knievel said.Want to know more?
