Source: The Telegraph, Alton, Ill.迷你倉沙田July 18--EDWARDSVILLE -- A Wood River man has been found guilty by a Madison County Circuit Court jury in a 2011 DUI case.Craig Scellin, 36, was pulled over by an officer with the Madison County Sheriff's Department for improper lane usage in the early morning of Aug. 21, 2011, near Airline Drive and Wesley Drive.The officer said Scellin had red, glassy eyes and admitted he had consumed several alcoholic beverages. Scellin failed several standardized field sobriety tests at the scene and refused to take a Breathalyzer once arriving at the Sheriff's Department. As a result of this refusal, and a 2007 DUI in Pike County, where he received supervision, his driver's license was suspended for 36迷你倉價錢months.Jury selection began on Tuesday morning, with the jury receiving the case about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday. After deliberating for about 35 minutes, members returned a guilty verdict.Assistant Madison County State's Attorney Katie Wykoff and First Assistant State's Attorney Jennifer Vucich prosecuted the case. Bryce Joiner and Barb Joiner represented the defendant.Associate Judge Elizabeth Levy presided over the case, and sentencing is expected in about 60 to 90 days.
